ERP Change Management

 

 

  

A large PR firm embarked on a far reaching global financial services transformation that included the upgrade of their PeopleSoft ERP. We were brought in by the SVP of Change and Employee Engagement to assist with the change management effort for the US and Canada phases of the program. We began by understanding the impacted stakeholders, and developing an ownership and engagement plan for senior leadership as well as impacted employees. We provided best practices for their training development effort. We also expanded our role to manage the business process redesign effort… …and eventually were asked to manage the overall program.

   
Communications
 

When an infant formula manufacturer announced plans to break away from its parent company, we were asked to augment the project team with an experienced communications consultant to manage the internal and external communications to support the IT separation, including the elimination of hundreds of legacy systems/programs in use –as well as the implementation of the SAP ERP system. The initial scope of work was for the development of a comprehensive communications plan to support the spin-off and ERP implementation. 

 
Training Development
 

A professional service firm is redesigning various business processes in their operations, including new business development and sales pipeline management. Thribe has been retained to provide a practical approach to training design and development, including web-based training development, and expert-led delivery. The client has been pleased with the results (and value) and has asked us to implement a similar approach for their business intelligence solution.

 
Social Media & Communications
 

The University of Wisconsin's Department of Social Education, commonly know as the Wisconsin Union, began a program to upgrade its web presence to better serve students, faculty and community members. In addition to providing overall technology guidance, Thribe implemented a social media platform to engage alumni and community members. Our consultants facilitated strategic vision sessions, provided web development assistance, and led the change management, education and knowledge transfer components of the program.
